Shaded elevated decks wrap around most sides of this single-level home, making it so easy to appreciate the hillside views from all living areas. Sliding doors from the open-plan kitchen/dining/lounge area open out to a large entertaining area with views to the pool.  This deck also features a six-person heated spa, plus several separate seating areas, for curling up in a  chair and reading a book.

Your comfort is assured in this property, with reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout all the living areas and bedrooms. In the winter months, a wood fire really sets a cosy scene, in the open-plan living area. This architecturally designed property is spread out over a number of levels, all making the most of 180-degree bush views – or ocean views if you go to the top viewing deck. Use of local stone and floor-to-ceiling glass throughout, brings the outdoors in. Numerous balconies and terraces provide many options for alfresco holiday living.

It has its own aquatic playground, with a swimming pool, heated spa and superb outdoor entertaining area overlooking the ocean. The house itself oozes luxury – a superbly appointed open plan kitchen/dining/living area on the entry level takes full advantage of the views.
