The clean open lines of the upper living and dining area create a relaxed and uncluttered feel, perfect for those wanting to breathe the salty air and relax. Double doors open to the balcony perfect for enjoying alfresco dinners and drinks.

In summer or winter, you’re comfort in ensured with reverse cycle air-conditioning to the main upstairs living room.

The property has three spacious bedrooms.  The master with ensuite are upstairs, and a queen room, singles room and shared bathroom, are downstairs.  There is also a separate TV/games room, with sofa bed (on request) on the lower level, opening out to the front courtyard.

The little pathway down to the beach is right opposite the villa. It’s just a matter of grabbing your towel and heading off. What a wonderful way to start each day!

The ecofriendly solar passive design and stunning landscaped gardens complement the homes simple no-fuss appeal. The living zones are light and spacious with walls of glazing that allow you to relax and gaze over the trees to the blue waters of Eagle Bay.

Upstairs open plan kitchen and living/dining area opens to the wrap-around balcony and large alfresco area. Complete with barbecue and 10-seater table, it is perfectly positioned for drinks at dusk and open-air dining.

A large lounge room with BOSE home theatre and potbelly stove lead through to the king-bed master bedroom and ensuite with bath. The second and third adjoining bedrooms on this level accommodate the children in four bunks, one with a double bed – easily catering for two families with children.

On the entry-level, there is a games room with a competition-size pool table and dartboard, a bathroom and laundry.  A separate queen bedroom (bedroom 4), with adjoining office /TV room, is accessed via a verandah breezeway at the rear of the property.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Other entertainment features include AppleTV in the lounge and a TV in the bunk room.

Summers are well catered for at Treehaus, with air-conditioning to the upstairs lounge and living/dining areas, extensive decking and landscaped rear gardens providing a relaxed atmosphere. The pristine waters of Eagle Bay are only an eight-minute walk away along a flat path.  During winter it also has its own ambience, with the cosy potbelly stove and column heaters in all bedrooms to provide warmth, and a range of indoor activities to keep guests of all ages occupied.

This is definitely a child-friendly holiday home but adults will relax into the special ambience, the views, the nearby walking trails and the proximity to world-class wineries and restaurants.

You’ll find ?Gooligumup just a hop, skip and jump away from the pristine shores of Eagle Bay. This secluded bush haven is ideal for families, with plenty of indoor and outdoor space, two sleeping zones and a gate at the bottom of the garden that leads to the beach.

Guests will love the huge open-plan living area, which features high ceilings, gable-style windows, polished timber flooring and a number of glass doors that open up to the home’s undercover alfresco and north-facing deck.

The deck ­­– arguably the best place to kick back and relax in the home – stretches from one side of the house to the other and provides beautiful views of the property’s country-style garden.

It’s here you can enjoy a lavish feast, watch the kids run around, or simply soak in the sights, songs and sounds of Gooligumup’s idyllic bush grounds.

It has its own aquatic playground, with a swimming pool, heated spa and superb outdoor entertaining area overlooking the ocean. The house itself oozes luxury – a superbly appointed open plan kitchen/dining/living area on the entry level takes full advantage of the views. Three king bedrooms, two twin-king single bedrooms and three bathrooms complete the luxury package.

In warmer months, the main living area can be air-conditioned, however it’s easy to welcome the sea breezes into the home via double doors that open out to the pool and deck area. In winter, an enclosed French wood fire adds a cosy charm, though guests have the option of the convenient reverse cycle air-conditioning.

Adjacent to this main entertaining area is a comfortable TV room, with a large day-bed looking out to the ocean and pool area – a perfect spot for reading or just relaxing.  Nearby, the guest bedroom wing features a king bedroom, two bedrooms each with two king single beds, and a guest bathroom.

Upstairs, the master bedroom and ensuite overlook the ocean, whereas the other king bedroom, with ensuite bathroom, faces the rear of the property. The lower level boasts, a separate TV room, the laundry (with washer and dryer) and access directly into the garage.

The trampoline and lawns on the ocean side of the property, allow children to play safely under the gaze of parents as they relax in the sunshine on the deck. Complementing the already generous features, are the outdoor shower and fish cleaning area, conveniently located close to the beach entry.
