On arrival you’ll slip into holiday mode as you gaze out through the Peppi trees to the sea of blue beyond.

This modern abode boasts five bedrooms across two levels. On the ground level, wake up in the master suite and watch the morning sunlight dance on the water from your pillow. There is a second bedroom and bathroom on this level, and three additional bedrooms, including a bunk room, upstairs with a shared bathroom.

The open plan living area with it’s coastal colour palette creates a calming space, and guests can simply stroll out across the lawn to the pristine white sand.

The second living and pool room upstairs provide a space to escape, complete with a generous balcony and views to the bay.

With private and direct access to your very own stretch of coast, not to mention plenty of space to run around, you’ll wish every trip (to Beachfront Busselton) was never ending. Oh, wouldn’t it be nice?

Named after the Irish lighthouse of the same name, Fastnet beautifully embodies all that we love about seaside holidays – an idyllic setting, family-sized living, and all the touches that make a home ever-so-homely.

Located in old Dunsborough, Fastnet is a five-bedroom abode that offers the best in location and comfort.

Between beach dips and foodie feasts, you’ll relish relaxing in one of Fastnet’s beautifully styled, coastal-inspired rooms. Spend all day lounging on the comfiest of couches, melt into the softest of bed spreads or challenge the kids to a game of foosball in the home’s epic, upstairs games room.

Two separate bedroom wings connect to a huge, open plan living space, making holidaying with family and friends a breeze. And when you’ve had enough of all that family-infused adventure, you can retreat to your own bedroom sanctuary at your own pleasure.

Boasting a convenient location, high-end finishes and room for the whole family, It’s Five O’Clock Somewhere presents a blank canvas primed for everyone, including the tots.

Right next door to the Studio Gallery, this modern home has four generously sized, ensuited bedrooms, a huge open-plan living space and an adjoining outdoor alfresco that overlooks lawn and garden.

Bright and airy, It’s Five O’Clock Somewhere features large glass doors in the main living area, which fold open to create a seamless entertaining space that’s perfect for year-round entertaining.

A glass-framed walkway connects the two main sections of the home together – the first, the main living and guest bedrooms; the second, the master suite and kids’ bedroom and activity room.

The interiors are complemented with furnishings that add just the right amount of pop – a holiday home that’s ready to be painted with your own colour palette.

A drop of Tuscany, a touch of Texas and a heavy sprinkling of West Australian finesse. Meet Ginahgulla Olive Estate – a farmhouse-style holiday home that’s ready to impress.

Sitting comfortably alongside gnarled olive trees, this spacious Margaret River abode complements its countryside surroundings with stone accent walls, timber-framed outdoor areas, wooden decking and polished concrete floors.

The owners’ penchant for art is echoed behind the abode’s bright orange doors – light, bright rooms filled with hand-picked antiques and eclectic art pieces that inject vibrancy and personality into each space.

The heart of the home presents guests with framed olive grove views from almost every angle; inviting the outdoors in through large glass windows and bi-fold doors.

Four bedrooms, each with their own ensuite, plus multiple entertainment zones, makes Ginahgulla a great choice for friends and family, while little add-ons like a custom-made, Japanese-style outdoor bathtub and an outdoor shower ensure this home sits in a class above the rest.

Beautifully appointed, Allandale offers splendid 180-degree views out across rolling lawns to the Harvey Estuary and towards Mandurah and the south.

The interior styling is a lovely mix of country charm and contemporary elegance. Two separate living areas with comfortable leather furniture plus beautifully appointed bedrooms are just the beginning.

A 100-year-old heritage-listed property situated on a private, secluded country estate. The property was originally built in 1913 by Louis Dawe, who established a fish cannery on this site, thus the area is now called ‘Dawesville.’ Louis’  son, Allan, resided here for over 70 years and so the current owners have named this piece of WA history ‘Allandale’.

The house is well-equipped with entertainment systems, an Ipod docking station, wireless connectivity to a Denon sound system and two 42-inch LCD TVs with Blu-Ray DVD players, ensuring many hours of entertainment and fun.

Just one hour from Perth, you could be playing tennis on the floodlit court or canoeing & crabbing on the estuary in no time at all. Children will be amused for hours exploring the expansive grounds.

Allandale is well-positioned for those who love the beach, there is a good choice of surf beaches and some can be accessed via nearby 4WD tracks. Bring your bikes to explore the coastline via scenic cycle tracks stretching along the coast from the Dawesville Cut to Mandurah and beyond. If you love fishing, launch your boat at the nearby boat ramp and anchor it directly in front of the property. You can also hire boats in Mandurah (appropriate skills and qualifications required).

Allandale is also close to the world-class ‘The Cut’ golf course in Dawesville.

In summer, it’s great to go to the beach early in the morning and retreat to the leafy protection of Allandale in the afternoon and enjoy the estuary lifestyle with your back to the sea breeze.

In the winter, relax, indulge, explore and enjoy spending quality family time at this historical homestead.
