Surfers have known for years that Gracetown is a truly magical place. Winding your way down into the small coastal town makes feel like the rest of the world is a million miles away.

If you love to surf, Percy Street is THE perfect weekender; you can literally look out over the breaks from your balcony with a coffee in hand, before you go and join the morning action. You are walking distance to three of the best surf spots down south; North Point, Huzzas and South Point – and a short drive to the (in)famous Left Handers. One thing’s for sure, waking up to these epic views of the coast, you’ll be itching to get out onto the water or take a strong along the shore.

But if wineries and lunching is more your style, a couple of the region’s oldest wineries with award-winning restaurants, Vasse Felix and Cullen Wines, are a mere 10 minutes drive away. Other attractions include Margaret River town, Cowaramup (affectionately called Cowtown by the locals) and a whole load of other places to visit, including breweries, chocolate factories and vineyards a plenty.

Or maybe you prefer days inside by the fire or lounging and soaking up the sunshine on the balcony. The home has a fantastic open plan living dining and kitchen area where the ocean is always in view.

This architecturally designed home can sleep nine guests; upstairs is a generous master bedroom with ensuite and downstairs there are three bedrooms, sharing a spacious bathroom and laundry.
