Look forward to lazy mornings gazing out to sea, long days on the beach and relaxed alfresco dining on the deck.

Vast floor to ceiling glass in the open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas capture the panoramic sea views plus the chance to see whales during several months of the year. Breaksea is a house for all seasons – enjoy warm summer days with the lure of the turquoise water below or witness the winter storms rolling across the ocean.

This single-level home is very spacious and comfortable, and wonderfully equipped for two to three families or groups of friends. Two living and dining areas with breathtaking views plus sweeping balconies complete the picture.

This part of Albany’s coastline is very rich in history. From pretty Whaler’s Beach below, you can see remnants of the shipwrecks Elvie and Rip. There are also the remains of a Norwegian whaling station at the far end of the beach, near a lovely picnic area and freshwater spring.  With access to the stunning, pristine beach below, daily walks along the sand are so easy and the nearby boat ramp may also lure guests who would like to bring their boat.

Breaksea is also a wonderful base from which families and friends can head off exploring many of Albany’s natural attractions:

Just a 20 minute drive from the centre of Albany, and five hours’ drive from Perth, this property ticks all the boxes when it comes to an exciting holiday destination.
